A digital publishing company with 6 different business lines under its umbrella, looking to integrate the different website data and merge the platform with Salesforce CRM, manage collective data from a single account.

The Solution:

Migration and data integration:

  • Data integration (accounts, company information, contacts, orders, etc) between Websites & Salesforce was done on a daily basis.
  • 6 different business customer & order data was migrated to a single CRM platform
  • All the Custom forms on the website’s data directly fed as lead or opportunity to salesforce

Salesforce management:

  • Configuring complex reports within Salesforce
  • Custom ‘Create Trial Order’ function created in salesforce is used to place an order directly in Multipub
  • Create data validation rules with salesforce to avoid data duplication
  • Configuring lead assignment rules in Salesforce
