To generate electrifying results, the time to bridge the talent gap and connect with the global resource pool was going to be the thing of the future.<\/p>\n<p>At present, let\u2019s talk about the situation for the talent pool in The States. There is a major talent gap currently in the U.S. which continues to expand at an exponential rate. September\u2019s unemployment\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.marketwatch.com\/story\/us-adds-136000-jobs-in-september-unemployment-rate-hits-50-year-low-2019-10-04\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">rate dropped to\u00a0<strong>3.5%<\/strong><\/a>, last seen in December 1969.
