Payroll Plus is a unique pricing model that we offer to our customers. Here customers are given the opportunity to hire, train and manage their team from our offshore location center. ACE will provide the infrastructure and facilities to customers who want to use it for managing their operations. In this model, customer agrees to pay ACE charges to the following facilities that they use.
- Office Space (includes the reception area, conference rooms, server rooms, cafeteria, etc.)
- Recruitment (includes only lining up of candidates to be interviewed by the client
- General Management
Here the customer has complete control over their team and they can manage the team as per their business requirements.
